Three systems, one tax practice
TaxO Consulting, based in Dover, Delaware, needed more than a website — it needed a complete operating system for a US tax consulting practice serving individuals, businesses, and NRIs. We built three connected pieces: a marketing website built to compete for high-intent US tax searches, a client portal where clients log in to track their case and communicate directly, and an admin CRM where the TaxO team manages every client relationship from free consultation to filed return.
The public website runs on Nuxt for speed and search visibility, the client portal shares that same foundation so the jump from "browsing services" to "logging into your case" feels seamless, and the admin side runs on Vue backed by a shared NestJS API.
Built around real US tax services, not generic copy
TaxO's service list reads like an actual US tax practice, not a template — and the site was structured to match: Tax Returns, Tax Extensions, Tax Planning & Advisory, FBAR & FATCA Compliance, Tax Audit Representation, W-4 Assistance, Installment Agreements, Amendment Filing, and ITIN Application Assistance each has its own dedicated page, targeting the specific searches real US taxpayers — and NRIs with US filing obligations — actually run.
Built for real-time client communication
- Real-Time Chat — direct, live communication between clients and their assigned tax consultant
- Real-Time Notifications — instant updates the moment a case status changes or a document is needed
- Client Login Portal — clients track their filing and case status without waiting on a callback
- Admin CRM — a centralized view for the TaxO team across leads, active clients, and case history
Built to compete in a crowded US market
Tax consulting is a heavily searched, heavily competed category in the US. Rather than generic "tax services" language, the site was structured around the specific terms a stressed taxpayer or an NRI managing FBAR compliance actually searches for — which is also exactly why TaxO's site closes with "Crafted by R Cube Dev" in its own footer.
